His expertise spans strength and conditioning, mobility, speed and power development, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development.

Raised in the Yukon and shaped by a lifetime of outdoor adventure, team and individual sports, and bboying/dancing, he views movement as more than just exercise—it’s a lifestyle, a culture, and a path to confidence and resilience. His approach builds strong, resilient bodies that perform at a high level—and last.

At TIRELESS TRAINING, Tristan's mission is simple: build strength, maximize performance, and move with confidence. He creates inclusive, supportive spaces where every client can achieve measurable results, prevent injuries, and enjoy lifelong movement at their highest potential.
