Our Junior Freestyle Ski Program introduces young skiers to the exciting world of freestyle skiing in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Athletes will develop strong fundamental ski skills, including balance, edging, carving, and speed control, while exploring freestyle-specific techniques such as small to medium jumps, basic tricks, grabs, in-air rotations, rails and terrain park etiquette. They’ll also learn important elements of air awareness, safe landings, and responsible mountain use. Through a mix of on-snow drills, games, and guided practice, students will build confidence, athleticism, and a lifelong love of skiing.

When an athlete graduates from this program, they will then be ready to enroll in the Sr. Freestylerz program, which is the next stage in the freestyle progression.

Athletes are encouraged to compete at the annual year-end club competition, Yukon Champs.
